Summer na!!!
Summer has always been my favorite season. Since we only have two seasons here in the Philippines, Rainy and Summer, it's not really a very hard decision. In the next 8 weeks I already have a list of things I will be doing and places I'll be visiting. For now let me bring you back to some of the summers I've spent in previous years. Here are two of the "photo stories" I created a few years back. Enjoy!!

A Letter
Hi, I promised myself that i won't communicate with you anymore but I guess we both deserve an official goodbye. I'm okay. I've moved on. It has been more than 6 months and to tell you honestly it has been a tough journey getting to where i'm at right now. It was the worst experience I had to go through but the most important thing is I survived it. Looking back I still feel that it sucks that the life we built together didn't work out. I guess it's God's will. For whatever reason this may have I know there is something better in store for us. I am looking forward to it. I am enjoying the single life. For all 7 years of being in relationships I believe I deserve a break. I am happy now and not a single trace of hurt. I know i still have this scar that I will carry for the rest of my life. I don't care. I'm a better person because of it. I forgive you, truly I hope you will have a great life. Please take care of Mini B for me. I know love has played a big role in this tragic love story but this is now an opportunity to build our own. Take care always and may God always lead you to the right path.

I love my Canon
About mid last year Canon released this ad containing the faces of some of the top photographers in the Philippines such as John Chua, Jun Miranda, Sarmiento, Magbanua and the likes (picture above). I can't help but be in such awe when I saw their super expensive lenses and gadgets. I was on a bus when we passed through the Guadalupe bridge and it seemed like my world stopped when I saw the billboard. I told my self, "Someday I'm gonna be up there.". Though I know it will be like flying to the moon on a balloon, my Canon EOS 550D makes me feel like a pro. I had experience using Nikon before but no offense to Nikon users and enthusiasts but nothing beats the industry leader. Vibrant colors, clear pictures, responsive, easy to use... maybe these professionals have their own reason why they love their Canon, one thing's for sure. I trust my Canon just like they do.
